• Travel
• 13-week contract
• 36 hours per week

Schedule

• Orientation is weekly on Mondays
• Weekend coverage is every other weekend or as needed
• Call is rotated during low census

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Kentucky
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
• Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
• BLS
• ACLS
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
• NRP
• STABLE
• Post Partum experience

Unit Details

• Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Level 1 newborn nursery
• 9-bed unit
• Float to other units during high volume when census is low
• Patient population includes obstetric, gynecology, and newborn patients

Preferred Experience

• Post-partum experience
• Level 1 newborn nursery experience

Additional Notes

• Candidate must live 60 miles or more from the facility to be considered travel
• Primary role is an independent night shift Labor and Delivery nurse
• Dress code is professional scrubs in any color
