Location: Titusville, Florida
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Acute Care Hospital setting with 210 staffed beds
Shift: Day shift, 4 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Patient ratio experience required: 1:6
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
Floating required within scope of practice, including mixed unit high acuity areas
Rapid Response team experience required
Total joint experience required
Strong telemetry (Tele) experience required
Mandatory clinical orientation week: 5 shifts (36-40 hours)
No block scheduling allowed
No return to office (RTO) during first or last week of assignment
Local candidates not accepted (must live more than 30 miles from facility)
Call-out policy: 3 call outs result in termination
Shift change notice policies with potential consequences for refusal
Must complete approximately 4 hours of pre-start modules
Holiday work requirements based on number of holidays during assignment

Valid RN license in Florida
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience, including experience within the last year
Patient ratio experience of 1:6 required
Total joint experience required
Rapid Response experience required
Ortho Trauma experience required
ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association
BLS certification issued by American Heart Association
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
