Labor and Delivery RN Travel Contract

Overview

• Location: Sidney, Ohio
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night shift, 4x12 hours or 3x12 hours
• Weekly hours: 48
• Scheduling notes: Rotating weekends and holidays
• Local candidates: Accepted
• First-time travelers: Accepted

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• Experience working with Maternal-Fetal patients
• Experience working with Neonate patients
• Post Partum experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience preferred
• ACLS
• STABLE
• Epic experience

Compliance / Onboarding Notes

• Government-issued photo ID
• E-Verify documentation
• 2 professional references within the last 2 years
• Background check and fingerprinting required
• Ohio BCI fingerprinting attestation required within 6 months of start
• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• N95 fit test within the past 12 months
• Tdap within 10 years of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity documentation or declination as applicable
• Drug screen required before start
• Seasonal flu vaccination documentation or declination
• Respirator clearance required if the clinician will use a respirator
