Job details
- Travel/contract role
- 13-week contract
- Day shift: 4x12 hours, 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
- 48 hours per week
- May require occasional float to other OR units
- Weekend coverage as needed
- On-call as needed, approximately 3 shifts per 8-week schedule period
- Must work 3 night shifts per assignment
- 1:1 ratio
- Unit has 41 operating rooms and is a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Cases include general, GU/GYN, neuro, ENT, and plastic
Required qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- OR - Operating Room (3 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma or Level 2 Trauma patients
- Experience with Epic
Additional notes
- Up to 10 RTO days approved
- RTO is not allowed during the listed blackout dates
- Candidates who completed a full year on assignment should not be rebooked for at least one year
