Job Details
- Location: Crown Point, Indiana
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Employment Type: Travel
- Facility Setting: Freestanding 40-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)
- Work Schedule:
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- If contract is renewed: 1 Saturday coverage per month, if able
- Hours per Week: 32 hours
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: EPIC
- Dress Code: Caribbean Blue scrubs
- Parking: Employee parking lot at rear of building
Job Description
- Coverage for leave in an acute rehab setting
- Floating to other units is not specified
- Acute rehab experience preferred, but strong applicants with other experience will be considered
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Indiana
- Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
