Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• BLS

Role Summary

• Provide physical therapy to patients across the pediatric to geriatric age range
• Assess patients, interpret evaluations and test results, and develop treatment plans in consultation with physicians or by prescription
• Deliver treatment, support discharge planning, and help patients continue care through home exercise programs and follow-up recommendations
• Document patient care and maintain a safe, clean, and confidential care environment
