Overview
Leadership role overseeing emergency services across multiple emergency departments in a large hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- Director of Nursing (5 years of experience)
- Director of Nursing experience within the last year
- Master of Science in Nursing
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
- Experience in Director roles
- Driver's License
- Experience with workflow and triage process improvement
- Experience partnering with revenue cycle
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- ED - Emergency Department experience
Preferred Qualifications
- EPIC experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools
- Experience with finance system Stratus
Experience Notes
- Minimum of 36 months of recent/current care management, case management, or social work experience is required in the work history/resume/employment history
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workflow and triage process improvement
- Support leaders and staff through change and improvement efforts
- Build relationships with inpatient leaders to drive collaboration and accountability
- Partner with revenue cycle teams
- Coach and support developing leaders
