Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in Oregon
Physical Therapy Assistant (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapy Assistant experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart&Stroke
Experience in a Home Health setting

Work Environment

Business casual attire; jeans are not allowed
Scrubs are allowed but not required
Occasional daily travel may reach about 60 miles, with a total drive time of 60–90 minutes

Additional Notes

First-time travelers are accepted
RTO must be confirmed with the hiring manager
Facility may cancel up to one shift per pay period
Mileage reimbursement is provided at the IRS standard rate
Parking is free
Charting uses a remote home health client system and a mobile app for documentation
