Day shift
4 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Total 48 hours per week

Job Description

Requires 2 years of Registered Nurse experience.
Accepts first-time travel nurses.
Cardio Help experience required.
Float to NICU, PICU, CVPICU units as needed.
Every 3rd weekend required.
Patient ratio: 1:2.
Serve as a pump specialist for patients on ECMO (VA ECMO or VV ECMO) for cardiac or non-cardiac reasons.
If no ECMO patients, work as bedside nurse in ICU caring for cardiac, non-cardiac, or NICU patients based on unit needs.

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska
Minimum 2 years of ECMO ICU experience, with at least some experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Cardio Help experience required
