Job Opportunity: CT Tech (Travel/Contract)

Location: Carmel, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
Shift: Night shifts, Friday and Saturday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (2 shifts of 12 hours each per week)
Hours per Week: 24 hours
Call Requirements: Up to 4-5 times per month, including holidays
On-Call: Required one weekend per month and 1-2 weekdays per month; holidays may be required
Weekend Requirement: Yes
Floating: No floating between units or sister facilities
Guaranteed Hours: Options include 8- and 10-hour shifts totaling 36-48 hours per week depending on schedule
Work Environment:
- Short-Term Acute Care facility with 153 staffed beds
- Equipment includes Siemens, Carestream Portable, Phillips IQon CT Scanners, Siemens DR XR Rooms
- Multi-modality CT/X-ray technologist role, must be able to perform general X-ray
- Work with ER, inpatient, outpatient, adult and pediatric patients
- Stroke 1 Accredited Hospital
- Charting system: Cerner
- Scrub color: Royal Blue
- Free parking available
- Must be comfortable working alone at times

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Indiana
Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (AHA or RQI accepted)
ARRT certification
