Location
- Ithaca, New York
Schedule
- Day shift: 06:45 - 19:15
- Every other weekend and every other holiday
Assignment Type
- Float pool bedside patient care role
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Float (1 year of experience)
- Float experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS
- PALS
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
- ED - Emergency Department experience
- Experience with Epic
Preferred
- Charge nurse experience
Onboarding / Compliance
- State ID or driver’s license
- Background check
- Drug screen
- TB testing
- Physical exam
- MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, and COVID-19 vaccine documentation or declination as applicable
- Fit test
- Rhythm interpretation exam
- Pharmacology exam
- Stroke training
- Health system onboarding forms and acknowledgements
