Location
- Peoria, Illinois
Contract
- 13 weeks
- Night shift
- 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- Psychiatric (5 years of experience)
- Psychiatric experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process
- Complete admission assessments and develop care plans
- Implement and update nursing interventions and patient care procedures
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Report or correct safety hazards and incidents
- Communicate directly and privately when needed to resolve issues
- Support peer development through constructive feedback and collaboration
- Identify personal learning needs and pursue appropriate solutions
- Meet departmental competency requirements
