Night Shift Operations Pharmacist

Location

Tuba City, Arizona

Contract

13 weeks
Contract position
Night shift
Rotating schedule: Wednesday–Tuesday
Weekday hours: 8:00 PM–8:00 AM
Weekend hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM

Required Qualifications

Valid Pharmacist license in Arizona
Pharmacist (1 year of experience)
Pharmacist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting
Experience in Supervisory roles

Role Summary

Provides inpatient pharmacy operations coverage and front-line pharmacist services
Oversees day-to-day staffing, workflow, compliance, and coordination with the supervisor
Supports medication management for pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients
May be assigned to cover staffing deficits on other shifts

Additional Notes

Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks before start
COVID and flu exemptions may be accepted after a declination form is submitted
