Required Qualifications

• Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in New York
• Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Experience with Epic
• Government-issued photo ID
• 7-year criminal background check within 3 months of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM within 3 months of start
• HHS/OIG within 3 months of start
• Education verification from in-house or 3rd party, as required by position
• Tech Cert Verification - National within 30 days of start
• State License 1 Verification within 30 days of start
• Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement
• Color Blind Testing Online
• Competency Exam
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
• Employment Application
• Skills Checklist 1
• 2 references within 3 years of start
• Work history verification of at least 2 past employments
• Physical Exam within 1 year of start

Schedule and Call

• Weekday call one shift per week
• Rotating weekend call from Friday evening through Monday morning
• Flex agency 3 times within the length of the contract
