Job info

Provides and coordinates home nursing care based on physician orders, agency policies, and the nursing process.
Supervises and evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses.
Typical caseload is 5–8 patients per day.

Weekend rotation every fourth weekend.
On-call every fourth week.
Territory includes Hull, Halifax, Kingston, Plymouth, Pembroke, Marion, Mattapoiset, and Wareham.

Must be proficient with HomeCare HomeBase and have used it within the last 6 months.
OASIS proficiency is required for RNs.
