Physical Therapist

Overview

Location: Ogden, Utah
Schedule: 5x8-hour days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Weekends: As needed with advanced notice
On call: No
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Utah
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS

Preferred Qualifications

Clinical background experience in a healthcare setting
Experience with the target population of the job setting
Previous IRF experience (Inpatient Rehabilitation)
Epic EMR familiarity
QI credentialling

Role Summary

Provides physical therapy evaluation, treatment, plan of care development, documentation, patient education, and coordination with patients, families, and the care team
Supervises physical therapy assistants, aides, office staff, and students
Participates in continuing education, quality improvement, utilization review, department operations, and program development
