Unit Information
- Unit: 4th Floor
- Number of Beds: 34
- Patient Ratios: 6:1
- Unit Staffing: Unit Secretary on dayshift, Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) on all shifts
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Scheduling: 3 twelve-hour shifts per week; 4 weekend shifts per schedule required
- Floating Policy: May float to other departments based on need
- Certifications of Facility: Level 1 Trauma, Comprehensive Stroke Center
- Dress Code: Navy scrubs required
Required Qualifications
- License: Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Med Surg specialty
