CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

Overview

• Location: Quincy, Illinois
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights
• Hours: 36 per week
• Department: Radiology - CT (Computed Tomography)
• The department has 2 GE scanners, including one in the main department and one in the ED area.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Illinois
• CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ARRT (CT)

Job Details

• Performs CT exams except for cardiac and perfusion studies
• Covers inpatient, outpatient, and ED exams
• Average volume: 60-100 patients per day
• Set hours as a traveler
• Call or standby as needed
• Light grey scrubs

Additional Information

• 4 hours of billable computer modules are required before start and should be added to the first week’s timesheet
• Orientation is during weekday hours on the first shift
• Weekend work applies if hired as a weekender
