Job Overview

• Contract role in Stockton, California
• Day shift
• 40 hours per week
• Outpatient rehabilitation clinic setting
• No travel expected

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in California
• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
• Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS
• Experience in Supervisory roles

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in physical therapy and rehabilitation programs
• Complete evaluations, reports, and discharge summaries in the electronic medical record
• Monitor patient care and follow-up
• Communicate with physicians, coworkers, and other offices as needed
• Maintain accurate patient chart documentation and follow up on prescriptions, test results, and authorizations
• Support scheduling and patient follow-up with front office staff
• Participate in marketing and referral activities when needed
• Protect patient privacy and follow company privacy procedures
