Overview

• Location: Mequon, Wisconsin
• Employment type: LTA
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 19:00 - 07:30
• Role notes: NIH; EOW, EOH; telemetry background required; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Driver's License
• Experience with Epic
