Overview

Location: Mequon, Wisconsin
Employment type: LTA
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 19:00 - 07:30
Role notes: NIH; EOW, EOH; telemetry background required; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Driver's License
Experience with Epic
