Day shift: 4x10 hours, 6:45 AM–5:15 PM
Call is required
Floating to other units/campuses may be required based on census and staffing needs

Valid RN license in South Carolina
Operating Room (OR) experience within the last year
1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
State license verification
NURSYS verification
Pass/Fail testing for medication and arrhythmia
Orientation safety acknowledgment
CMS site documentation attestation
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask clearance
Negative TB or chest X-ray
TB questionnaire
Drug screening within 1 year of start
Flu vaccine documentation or approved exemption
Employment application with 7-year work history
Skills checklist
Internal evaluation if applicable based on prior agency employment history
Background check and required sanctions/exclusion screenings
