Overview

Travel/Contract role in Jersey City, New Jersey
13-week assignment
Day shift: 5x8 hours, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
40 hours per week

Role Details

Must be able to circulate and scrub
Call: 2x per schedule
Winter holiday coverage is required: work or provide on-call coverage for 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 winter holidays as needed
Patient mix includes all OR specialties except Open Heart
First-time travelers are accepted

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New Jersey
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of Operating Room experience
Operating Room experience within the last year
Experience in an Acute Care setting
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Experience with robotic surgery
ENT Surgery experience
Orthopedic Surgery experience
Vascular Surgery experience
Thoracic Surgery experience
Neurosurgery experience

The machine is really easy to use and they have really basic protocols which is great when you need to learn fast
