Job Opportunity: Nuclear Medicine Tech

Location

Towson, Maryland

Employment Type

Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 5x8 hour shifts
Shift Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Every other weekend required (one weekend day on call, either Saturday or Sunday, not both)
Weekday on-call coverage twice per week (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Weekend on-call coverage every other weekend (one day, Saturday or Sunday)
Holidays required as scheduled
Floating required within specialty and to other units/facilities within scope

Adults to Geriatrics

Specialty Details

Nuclear Medicine Technology with focus on Nuclear Stress Tests (high scan load, outpatient/inpatient), HIDA scans, VQ scans, biliary studies, lymph injections, amyloid studies
Use of GE equipment, SPEC CTG850

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Maryland
Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
ARRT(N) – Nuclear Medicine Technology certification
ARRT(R) – Radiography certification
NMTCB certification
BLS (Basic Life Support)
