Job Opportunity: Operating Room Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)
Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Shift: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- On-call requirement: 3 weeknights and 2 weekends within a 6-week period
- Experience in specialties such as General, Orthopedics, Urology, Vascular, Neurosurgery, Robotic Surgery, Thoracic, Pulmonary, or Breast/Plastic surgery is desirable
- Cerner electronic health record experience preferred
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- SPT certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

I do not have anything negative other than you need to fight with sone to all9w you gain some admission, emergency and critical patient stabilisation experience since they invade such patients which may leave you hanging while the resuscitation happens.
