Contract

13 weeks
36 hours per week
12-hour shifts

Summary

Provides nursing care in a hospital setting for patients with a range of health problems.
Responsible for assigned patients, documentation, medication administration, IV infusions and blood products, patient/family education, coordination of care, and delegation to support staff.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oklahoma
Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
2 or more years of total travel experience
BLS
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certificate
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advance Provider or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Instructor
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Education

BSN or MSN from an accredited program

Skills

Professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures
Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services
Good working relationships with coworkers
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to respond to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors
Some computer skills
