Location: New York, NY
Employment Type: Acute - Allied
Contract Length: 14 weeks

Job Description

Conduct psychosocial assessments and supportive therapy
Perform discharge planning including making referrals
Work primarily with inpatient medicine and surgery patients

Schedule

Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours per day: 7
Hours per week: 35

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Social Work
Valid Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license issued by New York State
Minimum 1 year of LMSW experience within the last year
Experience providing supportive therapy
Experience working with inpatient medicine and surgery patients
