Job Description

Assist and supervise day-to-day nursing activities in a long-term care facility.
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Maintain the highest degree of total quality care at all times.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado.
Minimum of 3 years of Long Term Care nursing experience, including experience within the last year.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.

Additional Information

The position is located in a rural area without public transportation; reliable personal transportation is necessary.
