  • 12 hours per shift (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

Job Description

  • Must have NICU/Pediatrics experience
  • Required to float approximately every other weekend and work 50% of holidays
  • Position requires physical activity including ambulating, reaching, and moving objects over 20 lbs
  • Exposure to contagious illnesses is routine
  • Facility operates 24/7; rotating shifts, holiday work, and work during inclement weather required
  • Must be able to work full shifts, take call, and work assigned weekends and holidays

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Pediatric Respiratory Therapist license in Missouri
  • Minimum of 1 year of Pediatric Respiratory Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
  • Experience working with Pediatric patients
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification

Experience

    • Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption (required during flu season)
  • Negative 7-panel drug screen within 60 days of start
  • Professional references: 2 required within last 2 years (for non-clinical roles; may not apply here)
  • Resume/application must document at least 7 years of employment history with no gaps over 30 days
