Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Radiology / Cardiology) - Travel/Contract
Location: New York, NY
Assignment Length: 8 weeks
Shift: Overnight, Monday–Friday, 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM (30-minute lunch)
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Job Description
- Perform CT and X-ray imaging focused on orthopedic cases.
- Work independently during a low-volume overnight shift (typically up to 2 patients per shift).
- Exposure to both hospital and outpatient orthopedic imaging.
- Patient population ranges from pediatric to geriatric.
- Clinical settings include inpatient, outpatient, ER, and ICU.
- Use of portable equipment and advanced CT imaging.
- Electronic Medical Record system: Epic (preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in New York
- Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (R) certification
- ARRT CT certification
- IV Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- X-Ray Technician experience
