Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• 2 years of Med Surg experience
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License

Additional Requirements

• Must have a current medical-surgical skills checklist
• Must provide one supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment
• Must have a personal vehicle
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility
• Must include permanent address in the profile
• Requested time off must be submitted with the profile; no more than 5 days will be accepted
• Block scheduling is not accepted
