Overview

• Travel/Contract RN assignment in Bellevue, Washington
• General Surgery Bariatric Unit
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
• Length: 13 weeks
• Start dates listed: 9/21 and 10/5
• Must have less than 5 days of RTO to be submitted
• No blocked or custom schedule requests considered

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with Epic

Preferred

• Travel experience preferred

Additional Notes

• Government-issued photo ID required
• Social Security number must be provided
• Background check required covering all locations lived/worked/in school in the past 7 years
• Physical exam required within 1 year of start
• 10-panel drug screen required within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccine or facility-specific declination required year-round
• TB clearance required
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity/documentation required
• Tdap is highly preferred
