Role Overview

Travel/Contract RN in Mother Baby/Couplet Care/Post Partum
32 beds
Postpartum patients who do not need ICU level of care
Newborn patients who do not need NICU level of care
High-risk patient population
Typical ratios: 1:3 couplets, or up to 6 patients

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12 hours, 19:00-07:00
Rotating schedule with various days of the week
Option for nights only
Call required per unit needs
Weekend requirement per unit needs

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Colorado
Post Partum (1 year of experience)
Post Partum experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure issued by American Heart Association
EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Antepartum experience
Labor and Delivery experience

2000 gm and above
Phototherapy
Magnesium drips
