Job Details
- Location: Brooklyn, New York
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 26 weeks
- Schedule: Day shift, 2x8 hours
- Hours per week: 16

Role Summary
- Review client records and medications to understand nutritional needs
- Develop personalized meal plans based on assessment
- Provide individual counseling and conduct trainings or workshops
- Help develop structured nutrition plans and menus
- Assist with supervising kitchen department activities
Required Qualifications
- Competency exam required for all candidates
- Background check required
- Fingerprinting required
- 2 references required
Required Health and Compliance Items
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months before start
- TB questionnaire annually
- Drug test within 1 year of start
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation required
- Seasonal flu vaccination or declination required
- COVID-19 booster preferred, not required
