Job Opportunity: Rapid Response CVOR Tech

Location

Aurora, Colorado
Must be able to float between Aurora and a nearby facility within 25 miles

Employment Type

Travel assignment
Contract length: 6 weeks
Guaranteed 48 hours per week
No weekend shifts required

Unit Information

Unit: Operating Room Heart Team
Staff composition:
- Day shift teams: 2 RNs and 1 CST Tech
- Night shift teams: 1 RN and 1 CST Tech
Patient ratio: 1:1
Equipment used: GE, Stryker
EMR systems: Meditech, CPNT
Typical procedures: CABG, AAA, TAVR, Valve replacements
Call requirement: On-call with 30-minute response time; specifics discussed during interview

Required Qualifications

Valid CVOR Technologist license in Colorado
Minimum 1 year of CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
Experience in an inpatient setting
Certifications required and must be submitted with application:
- BLS
- DORA
Proficient in Open Heart procedures

Additional Information

Candidates without the required skills and certifications will not be considered
Patient experience and communication with staff and providers are priorities
