Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Seward, Alaska

- Shift: 4x12 variable; shifts will be either days or nights based on facility needs
- Guaranteed hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks
- Floating: may float within scope to meet facility needs
- On-call: no
- Block schedule: not accommodated
- Local candidates: not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
- Pending license: not accepted
- First timers: not accepted
- Previous travel experience required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Alaska
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Long Term Care (1 year of experience)
- Long Term Care experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation

Additional Notes
- Alaska Food Worker Certification is obtained during on-site orientation; it is not required before start
- Must be willing to work at least 2 of the 3 major winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years
- No more than 2 weeks of RTO will be considered for a 26-week contract
- Parking is free
- Shuttle transportation is arranged to and from Anchorage at the start and end of the contract
- Local shuttle is available in Seward
