Overview
- Location: Olympia, Washington
- Employment type: Travel/Contract

- Shift: Day, 3x12 hours
- Hours per week: 36
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Setting: Long Length of Stay / Acute Med Surg
- Unit population includes dementia/autistic and acute patients
- Floating is required between like units within skill set
- Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
- First-time travelers accepted
- Local candidates are not accepted if they live within 50 miles of the facility
- Pending license is not accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Med Surg (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Long Term Acute Care experience
Clinical Details
- Ratios: 1:4 on days, 1:5 on nights, 1:5 on weekends
- Patient types include surgical overnight stays, procedural observation, medical observation, medical inpatient, and long length of stay patients
Additional Notes
- No on-call requirement
- Block scheduling is not available
- RTO should preferably be under 7 days
