LPN 4 South Medical Surgical/Observation Units - Night Shift

Overview

Contract assignment in Zanesville, Ohio.
13-week contract.
36 hours per week.
Night shift: 7p - 7:30a.
Every third weekend required.
No call requirement.

Unit / Float Scope

Primarily works on the Medical Surgical/Observation units.
May float occasionally between Med-Surg units including Surgical, Respiratory, Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, and Observation.

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN / LVN license in Ohio.
LPN / LVN (2 years of experience).
LPN / LVN experience within the last year.
BLS.
IV certification.
Experience in an Acute Care setting.
Telemetry reading ability.
Experience with Epic.

Start Date

November 16th is the only start date available.
