Required Qualifications

• BLS (AHA)
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA Certificate
• CO DORA
• 2 years of experience in Robotics and Trauma

Preferred Qualifications

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: 7a-7p, 9a-9p, or 10s 7a-5p
• Mostly self-scheduling; generally no block scheduling
• Weeknight call: 3-4 shifts per 6 weeks
• Holiday call: yes
• Call response time: 2 hours

Float Scope

• No floating within the facility
• If needed due to extreme need, may float within Zone 3: OCH, LUH, SAH, SAN

Additional Details

• Common cases include Ortho Trauma/Joints, Robotics, Neuro/Spine, Plastics, ENT, Urology, and LV1 Trauma
• Blue surgical scrubs provided
• Unit-specific orientation: 2 days, Friday-Sunday, 7a-7p
• Must be in state for the week of orientation, even if first-day modules are remote
