Job Overview

• Location: Walterboro, South Carolina
• Setting: Inpatient rehab / acute care
• Employment type: Travel
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Hours per week: 36
• Schedule: Flexible schedule, either 5x8 or 4x10; one Saturday per month; every other weekend and holidays in rotation

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in South Carolina
• Occupational Therapist (2 years of experience)
• Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS
• NBCOT Verification
• OTR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Inpatient rehab experience
• Acute care experience

Additional Details

• Basic occupational therapy skills as an independent clinician
• Willingness to learn and be flexible throughout the day
• Floating between IRF and acute settings
• Light grey scrubs required
• Documentation system used: Meditech
• Equipment includes Lite Gait, BITS, Nustep, and IASTM
• Productivity expectation: 75–80%
• Works with an interdisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, SLPs, PTAs, COTAs, and RNs
