Registered Radiologic Technologist supporting invasive cardiology and invasive radiology procedures
Assists the physician during procedures and provides patient care, comfort, safety, and confidentiality
Performs essential radiologic technologist functions in a procedural setting

Administers contrast material as directed, including via existing IV line or venipuncture and IV placement
Assesses patients for allergies and responds to hypersensitivity or allergic reactions
Supports peripheral vascular work, venous central lines, tube changes, embolization, venous thrombectomy, dialysis-related procedures, and tube access/change procedures
Maintains a sterile field during procedures
Pulls supplies for procedures
Documents accurately and completely
