Job Opportunity: Speech-Language Pathologist (Outpatient) - Travel/Contract

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

Shift Options (traveler preference):
- 4 days of 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM–5:00 PM two days, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM two days)
- 5 days of 8-hour shifts (9:00 AM–5:30 PM)
Hours per week: 40

Required Qualifications

Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Wisconsin

Additional Requirements

Photo for badge (passport-style, shoulders up, no filters)
Completion of facility-specific compliance and confidentiality documents prior to start
Competency exams and medication/pharmacology tests as applicable
Color blindness test if working in dialysis/kidney center (not applicable for SLP)
Flu vaccine exemption forms if applicable
Skills checklist required annually
