Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oregon
- Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Telemetry experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred
- Epic experience
Unit Details
- Cardiac IMC setting
- Common patient populations include cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac surgery, vascular surgery, and advanced heart failure
- Safe patient mobilization equipment is available in most patient rooms
Schedule Notes
- 4 weekend shifts per month
- Block scheduling is not guaranteed
- Time-off requests must be submitted at the time of application
- For a 13-week assignment, up to 5 RTO days may be approved
Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- Background check
- Employment application with at least 7 years of work history, including city and state for each position
- Two manager or supervisor references from the last 24 months
- Skills checklist within 1 year of start
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask testing within 1 year prior to start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- TB questionnaire
- Flu vaccination or signed declination
- Tdap within 10 years or signed declination
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity/vaccination or facility declination forms
- Drug screen within 3 months prior to start
- Facility-specific orientation documents and modules must be completed before start
