Location

  • Albuquerque, New Mexico

Contract

  • Travel/contract assignment
  • 18 weeks
  • 36 or 48 hours per week
  • Night shift: 4x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Schedule and assignment details

  • Must work 2 of 3 holiday bundles: Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, or New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
  • Weekend requirement: 2 per 4-week schedule, may vary by unit
  • Floating is required within scope to MS/Tele, PCU, lower-acuity settings, and ED
  • Not guaranteed to accommodate block scheduling
  • No locals within 100 miles

Required qualifications

  • Valid RN license in New Mexico
  • Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
  • Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • NIHSS
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Driver's License

Additional notes

  • First-time travelers are accepted
  • RTO over 10 days requires approval
  • COVID vaccination is optional
  • No RQI certifications accepted
  • New contracts and extensions must be at least 10 weeks
  • Cerner familiarity may be used to test out of training, but it is not required
