Job Details
- Travel/contract role
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift, 4x12 hours
- 48 hours per week
- Patient ratio: 1:2
- Every other weekend
- Call required
- First-time travelers accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Oncology (2 years of experience)
- Oncology experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Bone Marrow Transplant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bone marrow transplant experience
- Chemo certification preferred
- OCN preferred
Unit / Role Responsibilities
- Cell and gene therapy administration
- Blood product administration
- Chemotherapy and conditioning treatment administration
- Supportive care administration
- Triage
Additional Notes
- Experience administering cells is not required
- Pass/fail testing is required for applicable units
- Fit testing is required before start
- Annual flu vaccination is required during flu season
