Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Pomona, California
• Start date: ASAP
• Night shift, 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week assignment
• Acute Care Hospital
• Magnet, Teaching, Level II Trauma Center
• 412 staffed beds

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Trauma ICU (2 years of experience)
• Trauma ICU experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Schedule / Assignment Notes

• Up to 2 days of RTO approved
• 1 holiday approved off
• Three missed shifts may result in cancellation of assignment
• Client can cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13-week assignment
• Block scheduling not accommodated
• Locals accepted
• No on-call requirement

• Trauma ICU
• Travelers will be floated based on need

Compliance / Pre-Start Items

• Background check and education verification required
• Drug screen required within 30 days of start
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• TB screening required
• Tdap required or declination within 10 years
• Fit testing required
• References required
• Skills checklist required and updated annually
• Employment application must include 15 years of work history
• Photo for badge required
• Orientation and facility-specific acknowledgments required before start
