RN Oncology Infusion Clinic - Adult

13 weeks

Schedule

40 hours per week, 10 hours per day

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma
• Oncology experience with 1 year of experience
• Oncology experience within the last year
• Current Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• ONS/ONCC
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience in an outpatient setting
• 1 year of chemotherapy experience
• Infusion experience

Key Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and other medications, including PO, SC, IV infusions, and blood products
• Monitor patient status, document responses to treatment, and respond to changes in condition
• Assist physicians with conscious sedation and minor diagnostic procedures
• Provide patient and family education, including chemotherapy-related guidance
• Coordinate follow-up care, referrals, and post-visit phone calls
