Job Description
- Provide physical therapy services in a home health setting.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in home health physical therapy.
- Proficiency in OASIS documentation required.
- Business casual or solid color scrubs are permitted.
- Local candidates are allowed at the same rate.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Virginia
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience within the last year
- Experience in a home health setting
- Experience with OASIS documentation
