ICU/Step-Down RN - Nights

Job Description

• Provide nursing care in a 19-bed mixed ICU and step-down unit (PMCU) with a 3:1 patient ratio.
• Float as needed between ICU and PMCU (step-down level unit).
• Patient specialties include Neuro, Medical, Trauma (TNCC preferred), Vascular, and Cardiothoracic (CT).
• Manage EBD drains; no open heart cases.
• Must have recent Epic experience (within the last year) to pass Epic pre-assessment.

Required Qualifications

• Current California RN license.
• At least 2 years of RN experience.
• Neuro experience required.
• ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications.

Additional Information

• Up to 36 hours of on-call availability may be required during the assignment.
• Candidates must be able to start within 2 weeks of the requested start date.
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
