Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Employment Type

Travel assignment

Contract Length

13 weeks

Work Schedule

Day shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (3x12)
Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
Weekend hours as required by facility
No call requirements

Unit Information

Labor & Birth unit
15 labor beds, plus 7 antepartum and 4 pre/postpartum beds
Patient ratios approximately 1:1 or 2:1
Equipment includes external fetal monitoring
Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oklahoma
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 1 year of labor and delivery experience, with experience within the last year

Preferred Qualifications

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Additional Information

May be required to float to postpartum unit
Dress code: black scrubs

Specialty Experience

At least 2 years in labor and delivery nursing
